Manual Therapy

The manual therapy is close to the classical Swedish Massage described prior on my homepage.

My hands are my best tool to detect tensions and how the horse reacts to the treatment. Typical techniques I apply are effleurage, circular motions, long strokes and kneading.

The manual therapy is a perfect complement to the EFTR® and the handheld vibration device.

In addition to the manual therapy I use a manual tool (Fasciq®) which is a perfect set to treat the myofascial system.

Here are some typical pictures taken during my manual therapy:

Important is to have constantly close contact with the horse
Direct pressure for a tense muscle
Even here we do take care for the fascia
